This looks like some weird biology slide, with organisms bumper-boating into each other under high magnification. But in actuality, this is the making of a perfect rainy day meal. Steep coffee beans in cream for a few hours, then strain them out, and add the cream to some sautéed mushrooms and shallots. Here's the full recipe.
