summer giveaway: demeter cologne
Jun 22, 2010 Hello Lazyhood, good news here: because of some very generous and wonderful sponsors, you have a crack at winning summer-tastic loot every week. So you can be that much more lazy, because the good stuff arrives right at your doorstep if you win.
First up is Demeter Fragrance Library. I vividly remember the first time I encountered their fragrances: I was living in Massachusetts and just discovering the joy of growing tomatoes. I happened upon a counter at a nearby store and made a beeline to the testers, smelling every scent available and marveling that someone else in the world thought that the smell of tending tomato plants was worth putting in a bottle.

What an interesting idea. I would love to smell like freshly mowed grass... I don't know about dirt though. I tend to want to wash dirt off. HAHA! This would be a really fun giveaway to win.

Oh how I love these! They are a wonderful pick me up! Even my one-year-old likes to sniff them and smile.
Oh, I love Demeter fragrances! I have their gin and tonic, which smells like a summer day on the deck. I've always been interested in the tomato scent, but I don't think I've actually smelled it yet.
I love gardening. But this year was my first year of starting plants from seed and trying to grow basil, catnip, thyme, and tomatoes. I love the smell of tomatoes and grass, but my favorite smell of all time is dirt! I love getting dirty!
